Join us every Tuesday at a 6:30pm for a 75 minute Yoga & Sound Bath Meditation experience on the rooftop of Station House St. Pete. Every first Tuesday is Mantra & Vocal Activation night where we will practice chanting, soul song circle & breathwork to activate & connect through sound.

Rooftop Yoga is a fun & empowering space to connect with community and practice mindfulness. You can expect our yoga classes to be catered to your unique needs and goals, as our instructor will always ask for requests for each class! All classes are safely guided with intention and mindfulness to create the most nourishing and empowering experience possible.
Closing with a soul soothing sound bath meditation to recharge your mind, body and spirit.
